Renovation ready to be customized to your design style
This fifth wheel is one rare bird! It has a patio but it is not a toy hauler. You get to enjoy all the beautiful natural light and views that come with toy hauler patios but without giving up living space for the garage. Per Keystone, there were only 130 of them made. This RV used to be Patti of The Flipping Nomad’s personal rig so we know it well.
The kitchen has already gotten a bit of a refresh (including installing the viral sink/dishwasher combo), but the rest of the rig is untouched. It is ready to be renovated and tailored to your taste. By purchasing the rig now, you will make all of the design decision with us. We can go with any style such as boho, coastal, farmhouse or modern. The options are endless.
Since we are still early in the renovation, we can add special elements that are specific to your lifestyle, such as pet areas or room for medical devices. Our preliminary ideas to customize the rest of the space include:
- A residential soaking bathtub with a new linen closet in the bathroom
- An archway between the slides and the patio doors. It will add some gorgeous interest to the space and hide the wires from the old wall.
- A designated desk and an accent chair between the arch and the patio doors
- Build out the entertainment center to have a TV on a lift and a fireplace
- Accent shelf above the window behind the loveseat. There used to be a cabinet there.
We’ll have you send us inspiration pictures of interiors that you love, and together, we’ll come up with colors and finishes to create your dream home on wheels. We can even change pieces of the kitchen too if that’s needed to match your style.

- All walls and cabinetry painted your desired colors
- New flooring
- New lighting
- New window treatments, including sheers around the patio doors
- New kitchen backsplash above the marble countertop (it was supposed to be gray but shows up as purple)
- Add a shelf in the cut out of the upper cabinets above the marble countertop (used to be a wine rack)
- New vanity countertop, sink and faucet
- New shower base, surround and shower head
- New toilet

Price: Approximately $79,000 depending on custom requests. This includes purchasing the RV and the tailored renovation. The exact final price will be determined after the design plan is developed but shouldn’t vary more than a few thousand dollars.
